We started our operations in Brazil in 2010 as representative of Mitsui Chemicals Group in South America.

Our focus is on quality of life around the world, based on chemicals products and materials being used on mobilities, electronics, general commodities, medical and health care, foods, housing, energy and countless other products. Mitsui Chemicals Group also has a commitment to become carbon neutral by 2050 and we are in line with new emerging trends of digital transformation, along with the forging of closer links between corporate management and environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG) considerations.

The business segments of Mitsui Chemicals Group are “Life & Healthcare Solutions”, “Mobility Solutions”, “Information & Communication Technology Solutions” and “Basic & Green Materials”, which allow us to utilize the solid basis of the Group in order to make social contribution through those business activities to engage on social issues and to contribute for a better future society while keeping in harmony with the environment.
